What is The Food Corridor?

Early in 2016 we were selected to be part of a Beta test which specifically analyzed an app-based management system which was developed by a group of talented individuals involved in a doctorate program at the University of Colorado.  Over 4 weeks we tested the app and suggested adjustments in the way it would come to help us.  The Food Corridor was that final outcome.
